Precision Project

A focused pilot to prove senior demand. We pick one ICP and one or two personas, design 1–3 plays, then run a controlled outreach test at low volume and iterate weekly based on signal.

A Pilot Report on what landed and what didn't, a v0.1 playbook with 1–3 winning plays and templates, and a recommendation on whether to scale to the Engine or refine.

Full build of your enterprise outbound system. We finalise focus, refine narrative, build multi-touch plays, install operating rhythms and train your team to run it.

A complete Outbound Playbook and System: ICPs and personas, executive narrative, play templates, cadence plan, quality standards, a scorecard and a 90-day roadmap so you can run and scale without me.
